font-lock-comment-face

The default value of `font-lock-comment-face' on dark-background
displays is a bright orange red, which is quite horrible when a
comment is very long.

I'd like to change this to `yellow green', which contrasts well with the
other font-lock faces, and is much more readable (I think comments
should be read!). On a tty, this reduces to `yellow', which is also
pretty good (despite the name, it's more of a pleasant amber on my
gnome-terminal, and reasonable, if slightly too dark, on the linux
console).

Any objections?
