Docker was hanging on to a lot of volumes (120GB) as usual, despite all
the cleanups we put in place. I removed /var/lib/docker/volumes and
restarted it, we're back to manageable disk space.
Looking at the machine, CPU load and memory are pretty bad. Disk space
is OK.
