I would like to add one more game dev in Common Lisp

Experimental bodacious game engine written in Common Lisp.

3 initial commits.

It would be nice to have "guix import quicklisp"  :-)

Patches pushed as f9c507bbcc48a791433e283b3233cc9ed6754ea1 and following
with a few modifications.
