[Edu-fr] looking for someone to manage the education directory

On http://www.gnu.org/help/help.html it says:

     * We are looking for someone willing to manage the education
       directory of the web site.

The GNU Volunteer Coordinators got requests for this task -- what
should we tell them, where should they go to?
