En effet, beaucoup de gens à travers le monde seront heureux d'utiliser
un logiciel tel que vous nous le décrivez. Quand vous l'aurez développé
(sous GPL ?) prenez un quart d'heure pour le déposer sur le site de
freeduc

Vous pouvez dès maintenant, à partir de cette même adresse, regarder si
d'autres projets similaires ne pourraient pas, par hasard, faire l'objet
d'une collaboration dans un sens ou bien dans l'autre.

Par ailleurs, avez-vous pensé à la manière d'organiser votre
développement ?
Le serveur savannah.gnu.org peut vous y aider. La présence de votre
projet sur ce serveur augmentera sa visibilité et peut vous amener des
collaborateurs.

the one you describe. When you will publish it (hopefully under GNU
GPL), you should take 15 minutes of your time to register on freeduc

On the same web site, you will find information about similar projects,
and see if you can think about a collaboration in either direction.

About this matter, you can also use savannah.gnu.org tools to increase
your project visibility and possibly attract some co-developpers
