Follow-up Comment #2, bug #26464 (project duplicity):
With sftp, it's possible to use command="internal-sftp" and ChrootDirectory
to restrict access to a single directory. With scp, this is not
straightforward and requires bolt-ons. The scp protocol is pretty dire,
really.
(I'm the Debian openssh package maintainer, so I have some experience here
:-) )
