Hello,

I would like to include comments in my filelist, so that in future I know
(and understand) why I excluded / included certain patterns. I propose the
following patch, which ignores all lines that start with "#". Any other
position of '#' should not be treated as a comment, as files with '#' seem to
be quite popular (at least on my computer).
