Details:

This patch adds --exclude-if-exists capability to duplicity, which excludes
directories which contain a certain filename. This is useful, if, instead of
maintaining a list of include / exclude folders, one wants to simply
„mark” folders using a distinguished filename (e.g. „.nobackup”).
