Details:

If i want to backup my Server to a FTP Server duplicity fails.

Scenario:
- A clean FTP Server with an empty subfolder "backup"
- BackupServer runs with SID and ProFTPd 1.3.2 (stable)
- On my Sever runs Debian Lenny with:

# duplicity --version
duplicity 0.5.11

# ftplicity --version
ftplicity version 1.4.0b1
(http://ftplicity.sourceforge.net/)

# ncftp --version
NcFTP 3.2.1 (Jul 29, 2007) by Mike Gleason (http://www.NcFTP.com/contact/).

When i want to backup like

What i do not understand, why is there i file which should be overwritten ?
There was no file before on the FTP-Server.
This singlefile is ~10MB and the to Backup is around 15GB. So there should be
created a new file and none should be overwritten.

The FTP-Server itself works. I tested it after duplicity fails and there is a
file uploaded:

The Volume is set to 50MB but only ~10MB transferd to the FTP-Server. There
is no Quota running on the FTP-Server.
Also testet PureFTP with the same Error
