Details:

The rsync backend cannot handle destinations without a user name.
Unfortunately, my backup space provider uses rsync without user names... what
I needed was an optional user name:

rsync://[user[:address@hidden:port]/relative_path

So that e.g. the following command works:

duplicity /home rsync://backupserver/my/backup/space


The enclosed patch (against the cvs head) adds this small feature.
