Details:

The following patch improves the error reporting of the boto backend. It is
verbose in that it includes full stack traces, but is IMO an important
improvement since it used to be you had *no* information.

It introduces a new 'util' module where I put the convenience function
exception_traceback() which produces a classical Python backtrace.

I'd like to consider some more generic method of associating a stacktrace
with errors (for example, the logging framework could automatically choose to
emit traces at a given log level etc), but for now this at least improves the
s3 backend.
