[Duplicity-tracker] [bug #21792] pipe call fails with an error OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files

Follow-up Comment #12, bug #21792 (project duplicity):

I run into a very simmilar problem because I forgot to do a full backup every
while. Everything was fine util I had 1020 volumes in the collection. Then it
broke with to many open files. Maybe this is the same problem?
