Details:

As recently discussed on the mailinglist, the webdav backend had no support
for webdav servers that returned full URL:s in their "directory" listings.

The attached patch should improve upon this somewhat, in the sense that it
will support use of full urls as long as the hostnames returned match that of
the backend URL.

Further supporting it more generally will wait until someone has confirmed
what is correct behavior according to webdav.

The patch is tested by me against a previously working webdav server, and
Thorsten confirms on the ML that it does take care of parts of the problems
he's having.
