Details:

Duplicity fails when invoked with the explicit restore action:

  $ ./duplicity-bin restore file:///tmp/in /tmp/out
  Command line error: Expected 2 args, got 3
  Enter 'duplicity --help' for help screen.

This glitch happens because the "restore" word is missing from the command
list.  This patch restores the word to the command list.
