Details:

This patch gracefully handles the Boto "Prefix" object, which is a corner
case that can happen when unexpected stuff gets mixed into a duplicity
collection.

Reproduce the corner case by doing something like this:

  $ duplicity MyStuff s3://s3.amazonaws.com/MyBucket/MyPathology/MyPathology
  $ s3cmd put MyBucket:MyPathology/MyPathology MyMistake
