[Duplicity-talk] Duplicity 2.2.1 PPA missing binary

Hello,

It looks like the Duplicity 2.2.1 PPA package 
(2.2.1-ppa202401301651~ubuntu20.04.1) is missing the /usr/bin/duplicity 
binary. Not sure if this is intentional or is a packaging issue.

Hopefully it's an easy fix.
