[Duplicity-talk] Website documentation link to series 8 man page is blank, but series 7 man page still present

Hi folks,

I'm trying to e-mail suggestions to a colleague to reduce the space of 
our no-longer-updated duplicity backups and noticed that the current 
series 8 documentation shows a blank page on the website, but the series 
7 web man page is still intact.  Below is another way to see the missing 
series 8 documentation with curl, and the timestamp (US Eastern time) at 
which I observed the missing documentation:
