I think 4.19 was among the suspected versions.

I've also run - again - a memory test, a longer one, and got a few
failing addresses this time, I removed the problematic memory stick and
the test was fine. I've just rebooted (I'll have to check plenty of
potentially corrupted stuff now, plus alas two not cyber-related new
problems... I'll certainly drop a line when I'll be able to do a new
decently long test with Duplicity).
