[Duplicity-talk] --exclude parameters kill duplicity on restore

the parameter family --exclude* currently throws a not supported text and exits
duplicity.

this currently breaks a setting of duply using '--exclude-if-present' for all
duplicity calls including restore. as this parameter is utterly senseless on
restoring i would at least have duplicity ignore it on restores.

the more roundup solution, which i want to suggest now, is to do the above plus
showing log info about the currently not supported exclude parameter but have
duplicity running nonetheless.
maybe i even find time to implement the in/exclusion for restoration (no
guarantees though).

@ken: can i go forward?
