Manpage states:
--encrypt-key key
When backing up, encrypt to the given public key, instead of using
symmetric (traditional) encryption. Can be specified multiple times.
Why should somebody define several public keys? Is the backup encrypted
with all of them in that case, meaning all private keys are needed for
restoring? .. ede/duply.net
