[Duplicity-talk] duplicate metadata with file:// scheme

Hi there,

with recently "you must have archive-dir" change, user which does use
file:// scheme for backup end-up with (often unnecessary) duplicate
metadata.

It would be fine if something like this will be default: (only for
backup to file://$path_to_backup)

--archive-dir=$path_to_backup --name=
