This is a use case I need, since I wasn't clever enough to use
--archive-dir from the beginning of Deja Dup's life. So I need to be
able to gracefully start using it, especially since I care about
resuming.
And copying the sig and manifest files seems like something duplicity
could do for us. I'll look at making a patch, assuming that's the
right approach?
