Regrettably, details of Webdav have not made it into the man page, yet.

The 2nd url looks correct, we do need the user name.  You can export
FTP_PASSWORD if you want to avoid the password prompt.

Try running with the -v9 option and posting the results here, from the
command line down, please.  It can be fairly verbose.
