Hi, currently all the documentation that exists is in the wiki
http://dragora.org/wiki/doku.php , you might be interested in the
tutorial on how to build dragora pacakges. There is no "dragora way" to
compile the kernel, though that would be interesting and have thought
of it myself, we could discuss. If you want to learn, some aspects of
the system, like the init scheme and the file system hierarchy, are
described in the wiki as well. Selk provides the scripts for all the
packages he builds as well, under "/sources", you can get it from any
dragora mirror, these are a valuable font o learning. Above all, I
suggest you hang around in our irc channel #dragora, that is where we
gather and the devel discussion goes, and chat more freely.
