[Dragora-bug] New wiki

I am pleased to announce the new official wiki for Dragora at
http://www.dragora.org/wiki (or http://wiki.dragora.org). This allows you
to add or change content dynamically, which is very good for creating
documentation.

The previous content of the web site has been moved to the dokuwiki[1]
format, including the current languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese
(Thanks to Mateus Pinto Rodrigues), and the new language in process:
Romanian. Thanks to Nicu B.

If you are interested in contributing, please register an account. Send
your inquiries to the mailing list, or contact through the IRC channel.
