It can be found along with the Trisquel and gNewSense ISO mirror on one 
dedicated machine of the Free Software and Free Culture foundation 
called Fundația Ceata, based in Bucharest, Romania. We have not found a 
rsync server so we have downloaded the directories we found at [1]. when 
a new version (alpha, beta, RC or final) is announced, we will download 
that one as well.
