I would say no, just the .t2t files ( http://txt2tags.org ), which
should be automatically converted to HTML by the website. Isn't there a
README file on the website sources?

I translated some things to Portuguese on the old site (wiki), but I
don't know where they are right now :-) Perhaps you should ask Matias,
to avoid duplicated work.
