[Dragora-bug] Excess limit

Hello,

The bandwidth transfer has been exceeded at dragora.org

More than 800GB have been transferred this month...

The site is hosted by PowWeB (from my pocket), the bandwidth,
theoretically is "unlimited", but the site is hosted on a server that is
shared with thousands of other customers. The hardware has a specific
limit on the number of files that it can serve to visitors at any given
time.

I have a few options to remedy the situation: limit the access to the iso
image, disable access to the iso image, or block certain IP's from viewing
them. But I think it is prudent to wait until the next month (5 days), and
to start asking to someone interested in offering a space for the ISOs.
I would like to hear any suggestion from you, the community.
