[Dragora-bug] dragora 2.1 bug: rp-pppoe.so kernel version mismatch

* dragora 2.1 includes linux kernel 2.6.x;
* dragora 2.1 includes /etc/ppp/plugin*/rp-pppoe.so;
* this included rp-pppoe.so requires linux kernel 2.4.x (rp-pppoe.so 
says this in its error message);
(1) * this included rp-pppoe.so does not accept kernel 2.6.x;
* from (1) it follows that this included rp-pppoe.so completely refuses 
to work at dragora 2.1 with linux2.6.x.
