  When feedback off on an object, user should be able to interact with

Status in Dr. Geo II:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  As for now, when feedback is off in a given object, the user can not
  use the object any more: no move, no selection for construction.

  It should be possible to interact with it, and only feedback (tool
  tip) should be off.
