[Dr-geo] DXF patch

I am working on dxf file generator patch.
A dxf file basically contains different sections like header section,
classes section etc. And each sections is associated with many
variables which further have their respective group codes.
I am making a patch which will include functions for generating a dxf
for a point involving header section, variables and group codes
associated. This patch would be a initializing step for my GSoC
project.

Need you suggestions and guidance.
