Details:

Dear Developers,

there are some problems to run WinForm applications under current FreeBSD.
The algorithm in function ILDynLibraryGetSymbol() does not recognizes success
of the call dlsym().

I put back that code from head to feet.

Please insert my patch in source tree of pnet.
