Details:

mouse wheel -> mouse down, click and mouse up events
mouse click -> only mouse down event

Patches for this bugs are attached.




When opening another form in the mouse down event of a control in Form1, the
control of Form1 gets a click and a mouse up event.

In MS.NET the control of Form1 gets no click event.
