Details:

When serializing an object with a field of type object, the XSI namespace is
declared in the XML document.
In MS.NET it is xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"; and in
DotGNU it is xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";

When deserializing such an object which is serialized in MS.NET the
deserialization throws an exception.

The Url is defined in DotGNU in the file
'pnetlib\System.Xml\Schema\XmlSchema.cs'
