Is it possible for you to run GDB on the ARM board and post a backtrace ?
I.e. do:
$ gdb `which ilrun`
(gdb) set args /path/to/assembly.exe possibleArguments forAssembly
(gdb) run
...CRASH...
(gdb) bt full
and then post the result.
C'ya,
