[Pnet-developers] PNet 0.7.0 Mini Runtime package for Windows

The Portable.NET 0.7 Mini package contains only the necessary runtime
components for running existing .NET applications, and at just 2MB in
size its goal is to solve the problem of distributing large runtimes
to end users.

Note: this package does not include compilers or the Mono-PNet
package. Expect a full SDK release by the end of this week.
