Broke tzhe problem down:
the last call which is made is in support/socket.c
... ILSysIOSocketSend(...)
{
   /* to here all ok */
  return (ILInt32)(send((int)(ILNativeInt)sockfd, msg, len flags ));
}

now I'm on my end.
Might that be a kernel problem?
