[Pnet-developers] ml-pnet build process changed to support profiles

Hi,

the build of ml-pnet has been changed to support profiles.
There are two profiles at the moment. 
framework1.1 this is the default and the result are .NET 1.1 assemblies.
pnetlib has to be built at least with the framework1.1 profile.
 
framework2.0 does not compile completely atm and is worked on.
Pnetlib has to be built with the full profile (default).

You can switch profiles with the --with-profile switch on ./configure.

To rebuild ml-pnet a complete make distclean && ./auto_gen.sh &&
./configure --- build process has to be done.
