Summary:  Colors: Diffrent behaviour MS .NET vs. dotGNU

Original Submission:  You place a panel with ForeColor set to White on a Form. 
Now you add a TextBox, ForeColor set to WindowText.
(WindowText is default in VS.NET)

On Windows, the Text in the TextBox is Black, with dotGNU i get a White Text.

If the panels ForeColor is set to ControlText or WindowText (ControlText is 
default) the Text in the TextBox is black.
