[Pnet-developers] new JScript samples

Hi All,

I've added a pnetlib/jscript/samples with the 
MD5 , SHA1 and a Hello World jscript examples.

Also have a look at
pnetlib/jscript/samples/prototype.js
for an attempt at a joke with shakespeare and OO
jscript. 

More samples are called for ... anything goes . Be it
the Ackermann's function or a program to calculate the
value of PI ... (Oh, btw .. someone needs to fix 
Math.Sin/Cos as well).
