Summary: ActiveMDIChild is always null
Original Submission: The MDI Parent Form does not recieve an MDI Activated
callback. The MDI client class recieves it , but it does not handle MDI events
directly and expects the Form to handle it .
The IToolkitEventSink.OnActivateChild is triggered on the MDI Client rather
than the MDI Form.
ActiveMDIChild therefore is never set .
More design advice needed on how to fix this .
