Summary:  script missing to old in pnet, pnetlib, ...  in treecc its OK 
(current CVS 10/07/2003)

Original Submission:  When running ./configure in directory pnet it says that 
missing might be too old. 
In treecc it's ok.

Is it OK to use the missing script from treecc ?
