Summary:  problem with c program and verification

Original Submission:  ~% cscc hello.c -lm
~% ./a.out
<Module>::main [2064] - call at verify_call.c:1089
Uncaught exception: System.Security.VerificationException: Could not verify 
the code
        at <Module>..start(String[])

Also, compiling this file without -lm causes problems at runtime. Should not 
these problems happen during compile?
