States that the 3rd parameter (boolean) determines if the background should be 
erased or not.

This parameter was set to false in the API call within 
pnetlib/System.Drawing.Win32/DrawingWindow.cs

Was this intentional?
Submitting patch to fix this.  Tested.

Summary:  Invalidate() Method Nonfunctional

Original Submission:  Invalidate() method does not 'clean up' the previous 
client area as expected.

Example code only has handler to Resize event, primarily for clarity.  Resize 
the form at runtime to see the issue.
