Does anyone wish to volunteer to look into System.Reflection.Emit, which is
very incomplete? Most work is needed in the internalcalls within
"pnet/engine", with some work also needed in pnetlib. The internalcalls are
an exercise in calling the various routines in "il_program.h" to create the
corresponding structures.
