you have to set up the environment first ...

temporarily you can do 

". /usr/local/share/dgee/dgeeenv.sh"

to get this to work ...

dgadmin is actually an alias for 

goldwater --prompt='dotGNU DGEE'

running which should also require the dgeeenv.sh 

Complicated, but possible ...
