[Pnet-developers] I can't runing DGEESTART

I install all package, I think.

But when I write de command:
  #dgeestart

I Report to follow error:

I have install the "libtercamp.so" in /usr/local but I don't Know if I
must create a link for example "libtercamp.so.2". but this link ????????

I want to install the packages with apt-get, but this command report
that I haven't many package. I don't know. Because Gopal says me that he
doesn't problems with it.
