Summary:  XmlDocument.Item (indexer) fails

Original Submission:  In the attached program, doc["UI"] returns null under 
ilrun. It works correctly with Rotor and Mono.

This bug is due to a non-implemented Load, it will be completed this coming 
week, stay tuned.
