Log message:
        Call OnVisibleChanged for controls that are added/removed to/from 
another
        control and should be/were visible. This is almost like MS does it: in 
the
        .NET environment I have, removing a control causes the OnVisibleChanged
        event to be fired twice, which I think is a bug.
