[Dotgnu-pnet-commits] cygwin build broken?

I've tried several times doing a cvs update just before (in the last 
hour BTW)

then

make distclean
./auto_gen.sh
./configure
make

in this order

treecc
pnet
pnetlib

and it stops with an error around

Any idea if I've missed something?
